The latest version of aires for Spain and Portugal is the best yet. As always clearly laid out but now it’s up to date. It is now the end of January 2025, we have been touring for almost three weeks and have found the guide invaluable.

These books are a must have if you enjoy your European travel. Directions, description all excellent, even if you only use a few of the sites we'll worth the expense.

All the Aires publications are an essential guide to motor home travelling in France, Spain and Portugal. The major advantage over on line guides is the ability to make notes which can be seen at any time just by flicking through the pages. Also they never need charging or struggle for a signal! Never underestimate the pleasure of looking through your years trips while sitting by the fire on a winters night. The layout of the information is logical and clear with updates from contributors which can be found on the Vicarious website. We use them as the main planning aid with on line information used to check for any very recent changes.

Finding a good aire in Spain is much difficult than in France so this book is a great help. The descriptions are generally pretty accurate and helped us to make a decision as to whether we chose an aire or opted for a campsite.

The books showing in detail where we can stop gets better and better as getting bigger and bigger with such a vast number of stopping places detailed. Everyone has an idea of what they are looking for to make their holiday. Using the Aires book this is so easy to plan a route and stop at places that suit the individual as we are all different. Well done Vicarious Books you've scored even better marks with the latest publication. Always such good value for money.

We used our new All the Aires 2025 book in France in December and while we use apps we like to use All the Aires as an extra reference, the comments on the aires are extremely helpful

France has so many locations, some great, some less so. The detail in this guide is astonishing. Real objective information about the place and the locality helps you to choose what suits your trip, a quick overnight or a place of more interest. These guides are never stale and contributions from 'Aire Heads' like us keep them abreast of any changes. We are never without a copy!

We find that using the map, then shortlisting the locations and lastly the excellent info on each place is way better than fiddling with an app. We also send back updates, new locations and closures to ensure these fantastic guides are always up to date! If anything we use them to choose a location rather than just finding one in an area. Have used for 10 years plus.
